Employee Rights - Question 7 & 8 Support

 

Using the case study below, evaluate and recommend how Tesco could have dealt with this situation in a more productive way.  Possibilities could have included:

    • Auditing the working conditions of employees in these countries
    • Speaking to employees are a more regular basis
    • Employ managers to resolve issues prior to them getting to this stage.
    • Employee feedback cards so employees can raise any issues they have through supplying the employer with their grievance.
