1. Telephone role play. Demonstrate you can use a phone systems using the following features: call back, hold and call transfer. Demonstrate that you answer the phone and deal with calls effectively.

2. Describe the use of the following office equipment (
complete this table):

a. Photocopier
b. Laminator
c. Binder
d. Shredder
e. Other equipment such as: stapler, hole punch etc.

3. Using the table above - explain how each of the above pieces of office equipment is suitable for a particular job. For example: a photocopier is ideal for producing business documents such as minutes, agendas as it can reproduce the materials and then collate them into a singel document. The photocopier can also staple the paper and print back to back if neccersary.

4. Explain how each piece of equipment can contribute to providing admin support.
