This task is run in conjunction with Task 4 where you have
to create a DTP document (see Task 4). Within
this task you have to create an email like template,
create a distribution list and send emails to your group
members.
Tasks (remember to save/print all emails as evidence)
1. Send Mr Brittain (TSB) an email of the project you have
in mind.
2. Create a professional like email correspondence template
to use throughout the rest of the project (including
designing a logo, slogan, background etc.) Explain how you
created your email template step by step.
3. Using your assigned group – send an email to the rest of
your group using your background of your intended project.
4. Send the same email but this time using txt lnge
5. Create a distribution list with all your group members
in and save in contacts (print). Explain how you created a
distribution list step by step.
