a. What are the benefits of good information handling and communication skills to an organisation?
b. What are the potential dangers to an organisation of not having good information handling and communication skills?
c. Using one of the job descriptions from the Aquarium - highlight the main communication and information handing skills required for the position. For each of these points state the advantages to the Aquarium of these skills being possessed by this position and how does this fit with their overall mission/objectives.
2. Assess the suitability of the three methods for communicating and presenting information what you presented in P4/P5 (Print out, Presentation and Report) i.e. why was this the most suitable method in each instance? What other method(s) could you have used? (D2)
