For each of the tasks below you need to select two contrasting businesses i.e. small/large, charity/for-profit, local/interntional. Below are icons of companies you could use.
1. Complete a case study form on each business.
2. Complete a spider diagram of each of the stakeholders within each business. Outlining their influence on the business.
3. Explain how your businesses plan to succeed i.e. what are their core values?
4. For two contrasting
businesses describe what each person does as part of the
business. Then produce a organisational chart

5. Explain the P.E.S.T model. For each factor
outline the impact on your businesses and how it impacts
on stakeholders using this template.
