WALT (What we Are Learning Today):

Investigate organisational charts and the meaning of job descriptions including their details. Also analyse the working arrangements in place within an organisation.

Understand the definition of organisational chart and job description.

Understand why a company needs a hierarchical structure.

Understand and be able to analyse the various job roles within an organisation

Apply understanding and draw an organisational chart in a given setting.

Apply understand in order to draw a contract of employment

Checklist questions - See checklist as guidance on what you should have demonstrated by end of unit.

You will be informed of the WILF objectives each lesson i.e. what is expected of you by end of the lesson.
