Suggest and justify possible improvements in ICT that both companies could possibly make.

Possible solutions could be:

These need to be justified on how they could be implemented and the benefits this would have for the company. More opportunities may be available for development in the small company studied.

Human Resources

If ICT were used to improve the developments in the human resources side of the business it would need to be on cameras in the workplace so that the owner could visually see the aims and objectives being met by its staff. The cameras could encourage staff into putting more effort into meeting the aims and objectives whilst the manager wasn't there.
