Describe the organisational structure
- Explain how many different levels there are in the hierarchy (Director, Senior Manager, Department Manager, Team Leader and Assistant)
- Explain how communication works throughout the organizational (vertically or horizontally). Who makes the most important decisions in the organisation?
Give an example of communication throughout the organisation i.e. store director launches a new product (new clothing range)– how does this get communication right the way through the organisation
